The Hotel Belvedere is finally allowed to welcome guests again after a long and hard corona lockdown. That has to be communicated to all guests and potential guests. In particular the joy and motivation of the owners and all staff. All of that has to be connected to the selling points the hotel offers its guests, while breaking the standard hotel video cliché.
We develop a concept in which Valentin, the hoteliers son, guides us through the hotel, the activities and the related departments, where we meet the staff. Valentin in this campaign behaves as if he were an adult. That gives the restart campaign a nice dose of humor and communicates that the Hotel Belvedere is family friendly.
